  • 2nd Street Festival takes place each year on the first Sunday of August. For 2023, the festival will be on Sunday, August 6th.

  • 2nd Streer Festival takes place on all of N 2nd St in Northern Liberties between Girard Ave and Spring Garden St in Philadelphia.

  • Nope! The festival is free-to-attend and pay-as-go for all the delicious food and drink and amazing merchandise.

  • Nope. 2nd Street Festival is a rain or shine event.

  • We strongly recommend walking, biking or using public transit.

    The festival is sandwiched in between TWO SEPTA stations on the Market-Frankford Line (Spring Garden and Girard), both of which are less than a five minute walk from the festival. In addition, the #5, #25, and #57 buses all run close by to the festival.

    There are also several Indego bike share corrals in the area, including within the footprint at 2nd & Brown St!

  • Street parking is available, and there are two paid surface lots operated by Target Park USA close by at Front & Poplar St and Front & Spring Garden St.

  • Absolutely! Just make sure your doggo is leashed and supervised at all times.

  • Unfortunately, vendor registration is now closed.

  • The entirety of 2nd St from Girard Ave to Spring Garden St will be closed to traffic, and all cars will be towed. All inlet side streets will also be closed to incoming and outgoing traffic, and cars in the immediate vicinity of the 2nd St intersections will be relocated.
